To whom it may concern;
I moved here 08/03 and am very upset that there seems to be no leash law
upheld in this town. I take my dog on walks daily. This last weekend my
dog was the victim of her second attack by another dog, that once again
had no leash on. The owner with it, and no leash. She was not hurt
really, just more shook up than anything, and I somehow cut my finger in
the tussle, but this wouldn't have happened if a leash had been used.
I worry most for the children who might not beable to pick up a big dog
off of themselves.
I ask that our town enforce this law, if it is applicable here, and if not, we
need one.
