The committee reviewed the 1998-99 General Fund Preliminary Budget again.
Discussion regarding tranderring money from the Sweeping District, Street
Maintenance District, State Gas Tax Fund and General Fund Tax Collections to
be Capital Projqcta Fund - Street Equipment for the purpose of porchasing a new
street sweeper and tractor for the Street Department.
Discussion regarding transferring funds from the SID Revolving Fund to the
General Fund per MCA 7-12-4227(1) and verbal comment from our auditor.
Resolutions for ~e t~
cash transfers will be prepared for the June 16 council
meeting.
The committee is still r~viewing the enterprise funds and will meet again
tomorrow night.
