BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE

Don distributed the corrected audit report.
The overtime report for PPE 6-10-98 was distributed and reviewed.
Discussion regarding a proposal for property insurance from MMIA. It was suggested that a
joint meeting with the Budget/Finance Committee and Insurance Committee meet on June 24th at
7:00 p.m. Bob Worthington, Insurance Coordinator with MMIA, will be present to discuss
property insurance with the committees.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
GENERAL FUND
Intercom radios for engine #3 1,800.00
Mount headsets for brush # 1, brush #3 and 600.00
brush #4
Two portable radio batteries 164.00
Mount radios in assistant chief vehicles 300.00
Calibration kit for CO detector 350.00
