Ri3: Laurel Budgetary Authority R~olution
Dear Mayor and Council
Mary Embl~ton recently brought it to my attention that the Council already adopted a
Budgetary Authority R~solution on November 4, 2003. The rcsolution was not in the
CDBG recommended formal, as it did not break the project co~t~ into separate tine kerns.
It included all project costs as conslzuction costs. We presented it to CDBG and after
several conversatior~ with them, they have decided to accept the rgsolution.
