Subject: 2003 CDBG Sewer Project
Dear Mayor and Council Members:
On behalf of MorriS0n-Maiede, Inc., .I want to thank you for the trust you've placed in our
firm by selecting us to assist the City complete the engineering work related to the 2003
CDBG Sewer Project. We value the working relationship we have with the City of Laurel
and promise to perform these services in a timely and professional manner.
We have begun work already, having attended the CDBG grant administration workshop
with your staff in Helena last week. We have scheduled our survey crew for later in this
month. We are starting on other pre-design tasks this week as well. We will prepare
monthly reports on project progress, beginning at the end of November, and submit these
to the City through Larry McCann.
