SUBJECT: Upcoming CDBG Grant Administration Workshop
This is a reminder to all persons who will be directly involved in managing a CDBG public
facilities project. You are encouraged to attend a grant administration workshop that has been
scheduled for all new CDBG public facilities grantees on Tuesday, October 28 and Wednesday,
October 29, 2003 to be held in Helena at the Red Lion Colonial Hotel - 2301 Colonial Drive. The
purpose of the grant administration workshop is to provide training for local government officials,
staff and consultants who will be involved in managing the funded CDBG' project. Each local
government is required to have at least one representative in attendance. An agenda is
attached for your information. Please don't hesitate to contact us at (406) 841-2791 if you have
