2003. We are proud of the accomplishments and successes made recently by your
insurance organization. This report is designed to assist our membership to gain a
better understanding of our operations.
Mindful of expenses we are providing one copy to each member. We encourage you to
read it, copy and circulate it throughout your operation. A limited number of additional
copies are available upon request on a first come basis.
The cover of the document features the MMIA's new home. When you're in Helena we
invite you to stop by, meet the staff and have a tour. The coffee pot is always on.
