Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter is in regard to the final closeout of the City of Laurel's Treasure State
Endowment Program (TSEP) contract #MT-TSEP-PE-02-152, which was
awarded through the Montana Department of Commerce to fund a preliminary
engineering report (PER) for the City's wastewater system. I have reviewed the
submitted engineering invoices and the final closeout certification and find that all
the documentation meets with the program's requirements.
According to the final certification the City expended the full $15,000 in TSEP
funds awarded.
Consider this letter documentation of final closeout of the TSEP PER grant.
Please remember the District must retain all records for this project for three
years.
