Re: NorthWestern Electric Bills
As you arc aware, we have a claim for damages ~gain~t NorthWestern Energy for breaching the
cieclricity supply conlract with cities, towns and school districts on June 30, 2003. Because of this
danmge cl~im~ our attorney recommends that you do not pay bills you may have received from
NorthWestern in the last few days for electricity service provided in June of this year.
We are attempting to work out a settlement of this daw~oc ¢lnlm with NorthWcstcm~ and hope to be
able to provide un update on these negofimions during the conference next week in Billings.
