RE: Closeout - FY99 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
City of Laurel Technical Assistance Grant #MT-CDBG-99TA-11
Dear Mayor Johnson:
This letter is in regards to the closeout of FY99 Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG), City of Laurel Technical Assistance Grant #MT-CDBG-99TA-11 which was
awarded through the Department of Commerce.
I have reviewed the comprehensive capital improvements plan for the City of Laurel that
was completed by Montana Engineering & Administration, P.C. and find that the report
readily meets the CDBG Program's requirements and expectations for Technical
Assistance Grant funding which was used to produce a viable and useful planning t0ol for
your community.
Draw number I for the entire $7,500.00 of CDBG funds for the work was'processed today,
closing out the grant.
