The overtime report for PPE 12-10-98 was distributed and reviewed.
Paul Strom, CPA, presented the 1997-98 Audit Report.
Discussion regarding the capitalization of equipment purchases.
Discussion regarding the Y2K update. Our programmers mentioned that this should be
done by the end of March 1999. Don will contact them and get a letter stating this
proposed date.
Discussion regarding the Beartooth RC&D program.
Motion by Gary Temple, seconded by Gay Easton, to recommend that, upon receipt
of a bill from Yellowstone County, the City pay their share of $600.00 for
participation in the Beartooth RC&D program. Motion carried.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
WATER FUND
50' load chain for one ton hoist
One service box and power converter installed on .new truck
