The overtime report for PPE 2-10-99 was distributed.
Discussion regarding logo decals to be put on city. vehicles. MMIA requires that
we identify all of our city vehicles.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
GENERAL FUND
Lap top computer for fire training $ 2,999.00
Transmission repair on S-9 7,000.00
Replace utility clerk's typewriter 560.00
Dictation machine for Planning Board 500.00
(1/3 Public Works, 1/3 City Clerk, 1/3 Planning Board)
Decals for city vehicles - expensed to five funds 1,469.00
WATER FUND
One 6" check valve for HS#4
800.00
