BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
MARCH 2, 1999 4:30 P.M.
OLD COURT ROOM

The committee reviewed the February claims and recommended that they be paid.
Reviewed a tentative schedule to work on the preliminary budget.
Reviewed the overtime report for PPE 2-25-99.
Approved purchase requisitions as follows:
GENERAL FUND
Koeler dual battery conditioner for ladder #1 fire truck 554.05
One-half ton electric chain hoist for shop 1,267.00
WATER FUND
Three-inch compound meter and remote readout in cubic feet 1,419.30
SEWER FUND
Quarterly 24-hour composite samples 550.00
Commercial hot water heater for control building - 100 gallon 1,275.00
Replace distributor and complete tUne-up on generator at WWTP 584.84
SOLID WASTE FUND
Five re-cap tires and casing hnd section repair 590.85
Dumping fees for January at the Billings Landfill 4,208.14
