FAP Complex MEMBERS PRESENT: Bruce Teeters, Chairman Ron Marshall Bob Graham Jack Galousha Cheryl Marshall OTHERS PRESENT: Sharon Herman A quorum of three (3) or more members being present the following business was conducted; First Order of Business: Committee reviewed and recommended council approval of the following applicants. They are Travis Fox, Matthew Hoppel, Pamela Belinak, Ramona Bailey, Valerie Sharbono, Myra Due and Ken Reil. Second Order of Business: Committee reviewed and recommended approval of changes to the by-laws of the Laurel Reserve Ambulance. See attached. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M. Respectfully submitted Bruce Teeters, Chairman LAUREL VOLUNTEER AMBULANCE SERVICE RESERVE BY-LAWS 1. Qualificationns: A- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. B- Be a grudate of an acredited high school or equivalent. 2. Reserve members are subject to the Laurel Volunteer Ambulance By-Laws. 3. Reserve members are required to attend all regular reserve crew meetings and training classes. 4. No reserve member can ride as third person untill they have current C.PoR. (cardio pulmonary resuscition training.) 5. No reserve can drive the ambulance on a call. 6. Reserve members are at all times under the supervision and direction of the senior attendants. 7. No reserve member can respond to a call unless they are dispatched to such call. 8. Reserve members must respoond to all calls when they are scheduled, or advise the Director or Assistant Director that they will not be able to cover their shift. e 10. 11. 12. 13. Reserve members will respond to the station if the regular crew has already left, the reserve will then respond to the scene if so advised. Reserve members with a question or a problem will take it to the Director or Assistant Director. If they are not satisfied with the decision of the fore mentioned, they may schedule a meeting with the Ambulance Committee. Any reserve may be dismissed at any time by the DirectOr or Assistant Director. No reserve member can go on an ambulance call as an attendant or drive until they meet the following requirements: A- Valid C.P.R. card. B- Minimum training level of Advanced First Aid. C. Valid Montana Operators License. D. Worked a minimum of five (5) runs as attendant, under the supervision of the senior attendant, and received pass- ing evaluation. Reserve members will not be compensated unless acting as a regular attendant.
