Meeting was called to order at 11:00 AM by Chair,Judy Goldsby. Roll call/Attendance:
Quorum of voting members present: Judy Goldsby, Mardie Spalinger, Greg Nelson, Dan Klein.
Absent: Dean Rankin. Advisory members present: Janice Lehman, Linda Frickel. City Staff,
Monica Plecker and Shirley Ewan. Marcia Hafner,Chamber, Rich Herr, City Council, and Steve
Arveschoug, Big Sky EDA.
Minutes:
Minutes from the previous meeting were approved in a motion from Mardie,Greg seconded.
Old Business:
It was discussed that Linda Frickel would replace Dirk Frickel as an Advisory member.
New Busisness:
Monica reuested that each LURA member submit to her by March 9th,their 3 choices based on
priority of the implementation plan.
Reports:
Monica passed out the Parlimentary Procedures.
Steve A. has requested an information meeting with Monica and Heidi.
No other reports were submitted.
Their being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
