L.D. Collins, the YCAPC Board member appointed by the City of Laurel, said he
was moving to Oregon this summer. His term ends 6/30/03, and he will not seek
reappointment to the Board. You will need to appoint a new member to represent the
City of Laurel on the Board effective 7/1/03.
Enclosed is the latest revision of our agency's program for your review. If you
