Dear Mayor and Council Members,
Enclosed you will find enough brochures for you and your council members to register for
the Elected Officials' Workshop to be held May 7- 9, 2003, in Billings. This year's workshop is
especially programmed for mayors and council members. We welcome all who wish to attend.
The workshop begins on Wednesday evening, May 7, at the Holiday Iim-Grand Montana
in Billings, and ends with a box lunch at noon on Friday, May 9. The focus this year is on
"Renewing Municipal Infrastructure," emphasizing how to get capital projects started and funded.
RegistratiOn brochures provide program details as well as registration information. If you
plan to attend, we urge you to make your hotel reservations early. We hope to see you there.
