The Department of Administration, Local Government Services Bureaul :in:conjunction with the
Governmental Audit Committee of the Montana Society of certified Public AccoUntants, will be
conducting training seminars covering specific GASB #34 topics at various locations throughout
the State in April. Topic~ ~°r the April seminar will include Management Discussion & Analysis
(MD & A). Because MD&: A is a management document, we especi.al!y encourage County
Commissioners:; Mayors and Town Council Members to attend. :

officials anal cl~p~nt, heads. You are also invited to bring any 0the~ questions or concerns to
the seminars.
