Subcommittee Report It is general consensus that any type of action to utilize animal control or to ask citizens to license cats is not feasible at this time. However, as the Emergency Services Committee agrees that the dumpsters behind Hardees, Jan's, and Burger King are broken and do not keep cats from feeding in them, Dan will be calling the Yellowstone County Health Department and asking them to look into the matter. Respectfully submitted, Dan Dart Chairman 2
