Review of committee minutes · Mayor to find out status of Terrorism Plan with Emergency Services Committee · Mary told Priscilla (of Jim Kraft's office) that we were not aware of the urgency; we are working on it and will complete as soon as possible Hazardous material · Fire Department is working on Job description update · Public Utilities - started · Public Works - started · Mayor - started Court - done Clerk/Treasurer - done School zone · On Public Works Committee agenda for November 1 lth Procedure to release employee information · Meeting with Dick Larsen, Mayor, and Matt to be scheduled this week Process for employee files · Meeting with Dick Larsen, Mayor, and Matt to be scheduled this week. Discussion on lot purchase · Police Department is working on CJIN Terminal · Police Department is working on COPS Grant for equipment · Police Department is working on Department Head Meeting minutes of October 29, 2002 Code book · Mary contacted LexisNexis. · Code book updates to be completed in three weeks · Cost is $20.50 per page of supplemem, regardless of number of copies primed · Order remains at 25 copies/per page to update current books · Updates to arrive about December 1st · Mayor to ask council to give code books to Cindy by November 26th · Larry McCarm requested a code book · Code book distribution list to be reviewed · Discussion regarding code book on CD Laurel Ci~.
