Accounting and Management Systems Program
Recently, it has come to our attention that there may be some counties, cities or towns who are unaware
of the services available to them through this agency. So just as a reminder to all of you, the Accounting
and Management Systems Program has professional and paraprofessional staff to meet all of the
budgeting, accounting and reporting technical assistance needs of local government throughout
Montana. Of significant importance is the fact that the services are fully funded by the State of Montana
and can be obtained at no charge to your local government. We have professional staff based in
locations in the state which will reduce response time and provide a more timely service to you. All of
our staff can be reached through our Helena Office at (406)841-2909, however specific members can be
