CITY OF LAUREL
An application for a Floodplain Permit has been submitted to the
Yellowstone County Floodplain Administrator for caalp and
recreation facilities and on-site water and wastewater facilities
at Clark's Camp southeast of Laurel.

Scope of Project: Applicants wish to provide on-site water and
wastewater facilities to support receptions,
meetings, lectures, general store and host
overnight stays in sleeping rooms. Future
uses may be overnight tent campers and self-
contained RV's.*
*NOTE: The only permitted activity so far for Clarks Camp is a RV
campground (8-18-1995), which was never built, and a caretaker
room (5-18-2001). Accessory uses to a campground are allowed.
Sleeping rooms in a floodway are prohibited by regulation.
Comments concerning this application for a permit related to this
use in the floodplain must be submitted within fifteen (15) days
of this notice to:
