BUDGET/FiNANCE COMMITTEE

Discussion regarding the transfer of funds to the Capital Projects
Funds. A resolution will be presented at a later date.
The Committee reviewed the January claims and recommended that they
be paid.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
GENERAL FUND
Senior Helping Hands $ 700.00
Fuel for Animal Control & Police 760.98
City election- charges for primary and
general elections 4,619.63
City Council workshop 684.92
Transmission repair for ambulance -
Care II 635.00
Software and bar code reader for the
Library (Library Grant Funds) 3,410.09
WATER FUND
Emergency work to get water to intake pier 7,379.00
Rental on backhoe to dig water leak by
WWTP 1,079.00
Partial principle payment and interest
on loan for intake repair caused by
ice jam 110,570.14
SOLID WASTE FUND
Arm assembly for G-5 1,839.00
December dumping fees at Billings Landfill 5,022.00
