Periodically the Montana Board of Housing holds public invitation meetings in addition to its
regular monthly Board meetings.
On July 11, 2002, the Board will hold a public information meeting at the Council
Chambers for the City of Hardin 401 N. Cheyenne, Hardin, Montana at 3:00 P.M
The Board will also have a public information session at 8:30 on July 12, 2002 at the
Sheraton Billings Hotel 27 N. 27`h Street, Billings, Montana. The regular monthly business
meeting will follow and is also open to the public.

The Board and staff cordially invite you to attend the meeting. We would encourage any
comments you might have about the Board, its programs, and the housing needs of the area that
may or may not currently be served by the Board.
