Special m~ting callod to order atl910 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Roy Zahm,Bob Western, and Bill Brennan.
Others present were Craig Canfield and representatives fi-om J.T.L. and Northern Line Layers.
This special meeting was called to accept bids for phase II construction at the Airport.
Bids were accepted from the contractors and openeS.{ineluded separately)
Motion by Western, seconded by Zahm,toaward the to the low bidder(J.T.L.) Subject to review
and approval by consulting engineer and the FAA..
Motion passed.
