Meeting chilled to order at 1900 by Chanman John Smith.
Members-presem were Bill Brerman,Roy Zahm~Rob Sparmagte,and Bob Western.
Guests present were ,Craig Canfield [and associate],Frank Fetke, Randy Pfiefle,Bob Redding, Bob
Roode,John Osttund, Kent Porter and Dave Donavan.
Minutes of the November,2001 meeting were approved as~ read.
Bills were presented and approved. [listed separately].
Montana Department of'Transportation has approved twogrants to the Airport. S2,182.00 and
$37,500.00.
We will have a special meet/ag on March 19 to prepare.for bids on the next phase of construction.
The regular meeting will be on March 27.
Craig Canfield went over the next phase of construction with us. This will incIude reconsruction
of the hangar area taxiways,construction of new tax/ways e~t into the new hangar
area,installation of reflective markers onmain taxiway, and extension of the chain link fence
around Airport property. Ther~ was considerable discussion about the layout of the r~ew hangar
