Chairman Ken Olson called the regular meeting of the Budget/Finance Committee to
order at 7:00 p.m.
The minutes of the January 14, 2002 Budget/Finance regular meeting were approved as
presented.
The 2002-2003 Budget Calendar was presented and reviewed by the committee.
The January claims totaling $211,986.90 were reviewed and the committee recommends
approval to the council.
The following purchase requisitions were reviewed and approved.
GENERAL FUND:
John Mohr - representation of Paula Vodall
Fire engine 1 tune-up
Alternator and battery isolator for fire engine 4
1 lot books
Repair hood & grill on flatbed (cost shared with Gas Tax Fund)

The committee reviewed the Comp/OT reports for PPE 1/20/02.
The Payroll Register for PPE 1/20/02 totaling $106,759.81 was reviewed and approved
by the committee.
Cathy explained the problems associated with the Spool 32 errors encountered in the
payroll program. The committee discussed the issue.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. The next Budget/Finance Committee meeting will
be held on Monday, February 18th, 2002 at 7:00 p.m.
