Bills were not available to be presented:
Read letter from Montana Board of Aeronautics concerning a grant and'loan, contingent upon our
:NOT being armored into the City. Movedby Spmmagte, seconded by :Weatem m accept thier

Hard Drive Construction and Dyee Chemical: will give us est/mates to sluny seal the old runway:
-It will probably cost $8,50Oto $t 2;000 to~xtend aeess road atong ~omhh-fence..Pending.
We witl send the dumptmck that we bought from the City to Riverside Repak for any needed
r~tnirs before.mounting -the t0 -foot ~tow on it.
We recieved two bids for an audit.
Will put sprinkler system around mobile home:Spannagle moved to allot $3,500 for system and
seed. Seeonded-by Breraaan;Motion em'fled..
Craig Canfield reported that runway 4/22 will be out of service for about three weeks or until
aery runway and laxiv0ay is eomptote.Rmwcay 14/32 vcffi ~be.etosed t~mporafily:4/22 should-be
open by June I0.The apron project is being reviewed by the F.A_A. and may be approved within
the next 'two weeks.
The 0stlund,Me~,Spannagle consortium wants to put a new self fueling system on the west end
of the new ramp.They a~t~submit and xve will-discuss conditions.
Nothing new on the two Cessna 150'S tied dOwn on the ramp.
