CITY OF LAUREL
The City Council will review your compliance with their stipulations for approval of your day care
operation at 313 Forrest Avenue at its next meeting, February 5th at 7:00 PM. Please plan to attend.
At its June 7, 2001 meeting the City-County Planning Board recommended approval of your planned
day care subject to the following items:
I . The owners of the day care advise the parents to obey the traffic regulations;
2. that a six-foot privacy fence be constructed per City Code between 309 and 313
Forrest (north property line); and
3. that the City Council hold a public hearing on the proposed day care.
On July 17th, 2001 the City Council approved the Special Review with the above stipulations with
two councilmen voting "no". A six-month review for compliance was included in the approval
action.
At the February 5th meeting, you Will be given an opportunity to explain what you have done to
comply with the stipulations for approval, and the Council will then decide whether or not to finally
----- approve or disapprove- yoUr actions and request.
