Meeting called to order @ 19:00 hours by Chairman John Smith
Members present were Al Koelzer, John Smith, Randy Hand and Kyle Albers and the
retiring Robert Western.
Minutes of previous meeting not available at present, to be read next meeting.
Claims presented and approved: Power bills, misc. and routine maintenance items.
Spectrum Security payment approved. Fire district and insurance payments
authorized.
• Guests present: Craig Canfield of KLJ,
OLD BUSINESS: 1. Report from Craig Canfield that they are going to prioritize the
appraisals to get them done in a more expedited manner.
2. Security system will hopefully be operational by next meeting.
3. Had additional Taxiway and road work priced. Taxiway repairs of +- $3,500.00
and access road repairs of $6,000.00. Motion by Al Koelzer to approve, with
second by Kyle, motion approved.
4. Received preliminary estimate from painter on Quonset Hut painting, Approved
budget to paint, this item is included in budgets for the Airport under "Park
Development"
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Weeds, John will send letter to owners regarding maintenance around individual
hangers.
2. Al Koelzer requested copy of lease, for possible adjustment of lease fee's, to
comply with FAA requirements
3. Fire assessment this year is $4,348.60, up about 10% from last year
4. Discussed a "Lewistown" or "EAA" style fly -in cook out to introduce airport and
facilities to more people.
