Meeting called to order @ 19:04 hours by Chairman John Smith
Members present were Al Koelzer, John Smith, Randy Hand and Kyle Albers.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Special note: Robert Western is retiring from board effective immediately.
Claims presented and approved: Power bills, misc. and routine maintenance items. KLJ
payment, Spectrum security, Attorney's fee's for Ruff lease and seed and chemicals
for lawns etc.
• Guests present: Craig Canfield and Jason of KLJ,
OLD BUSINESS: 1. Report form Craig on appraisals as most are done, waiting for
sections N, T, & U to have FAA determine is easement will be acceptable.
2. FAA still evaluating restriction on 20:1 slope for tree penetration.
Recommend night restriction on CAT C & D aircraft. (Jets) Craig will meet with
planning board to go over why we need "airport affected Area ".
3. Approved cost not to exceed $5,800 to research by KLJ of 20:1 tree
restriction mitigation. This item is re- imbursable by FAA.
4. Security, system running with exception of one camera and static IP
address. .
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Weeds, Al will assist with spraying and help with Don on this detail.
2. John Smith will send another letter on based aircraft to try and get more
response.
3. Web Page is in progress, plans to web builder now, need to add revised building
and code requirements. Also looking for sponsors on Motels, food , rental cars
for inclusion in page.
4. Proposals to fix road from Harddrives asphalt. $3,170.00 and to chip seal along
fence $3,998.00. Motion by Al Koelzer to proceed, approved by board.
