Meeting called to order @ 1900 hours by Chairman John Smith
Members present were Robert Western, John Smith, and Randy Hand. Al Koelzer had
called in sick. Guest present were Don Schlegelmilch, snow plow operator, and Craig
Canfield, with KLJ Engineering.

Claims presented and approved
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussed Maintenance ramp bucket for snowplow, bucket to have "wings" so that
fewer windrows resulted when plowing. Don was to do some experimentation with
idea, and also repair a couple of issues with the tractor.
Environmental Assessment; only had one written comment, and it was favorable,
anticipate approval of impact statement.
Maintenance of taxiway is complete, no outstanding issues
Craig will iniate a "small acquisition procedure" for the new plow when we have
design finalized
Montana Aeronautics will need updated capital Improvements plan by Feb. 1St, 2013
Nothing new on AWOS, and no additional comments available as to resolution.
Requested Randy Hand to work up cost proposal for extension cord appropriate to
operate maintenance hanger door from available power.
