At present no major objections to expansion project. Discussed courtesy car, insurance requirements, and fact that City has no insurance available. Northern Skies does have one vehicle. AWOS discussed, no changes in legal standing as to use. For reference only, cannot fly part 135 or Air Ambulance with Potomac until certification issues are resolved. Airport "Growth Policy Plan" is coming up for review, need to assemble and process. FAA Audit: Authority needs to examine lease rates annually and adjust as needed. CPI may not be best way to adjust rates, need to look at alternatives during review. Taxiway maintenance contract awarded to Hard Drives Asphalt, will perform in August Check approved to Regal Aviation of $2400.00 for Airport insurance.
