BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
OCTOBER 21, 2014 5:30 P.M.
COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chuck Dickerson
OTHERS PRESENT: Shirley Ewan Mayor Mark Mace
There was no meeting due to lack of a quorum.
Mark and Chuck signed off on the payroll register, UB adjustments and 2 purchase requisitions. The purchase
requisitions were for a scanner /plotter for the Planning Department in the amount of $8,426.25 and a backup
pump for the Water Department in the amount of $47,500. Both items have been budgeted for.
The items on this agenda will be reviewed at the next Budget/Finance meeting.
The next regular Budget/Finance meeting will be on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at 5:30 p.m.
