MINUTES OF THE PLAT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE
LAUREL- YELLOWSTONE CITY - COUNTY PLANNING BOARD
July 28, 1975
A meeting of the Plat Review Committee of the Laurel - Yellowstone
City - County Planning Board was called to order by Kenneth Christian,
Chairman, on July 28, 1975, with all of the members present.
Consideration of the East Laurel Industrial Park was made by the
committee. Mr. Dave Folsom, developer, and Mr. James Hahn, Engineer,
were present at the meeting.
Motion was made by Leo Kamp, seconded by John Smith, that the
recommendation be made to the Laurel - Yellowstone City- County Planning
Board to recommend approval of the plat of East Laurel Industrial Park
only as to the main access route ofF72nd Street West, subject to the
State Board of Health approval on each individual site and that the de-
veloper submit the lot or lots or combination of each as a minor
subdivision to the Board for review. Upon vote of members present, the
motion was carried.
Consideration of the Hudson Subdivision was had before the Committee.
No action taken by Committee at this time.
Motion made by Leo Kamp, seconded by John Smith, to recommend to
the City of Laurel to pass an interim ordinance extending zoning juris-
diction of the City of Laurel up to one mile beyond the City of Laurel
incorporated limits as R -1 zone within said area, and that the City of
Laurel extend application of the Laurel incorporated city limits. Upon
vote of members present, motion was carried.
Consideration of the Groshelle Heights Subdivision request for
division of lot 19 was taken under advisement by committee.' No action
taken at this time.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
