MINUTES OF THE LAUREL - YELLOWSTONE CITY - COUNTY PLANNING BOARD
September 11, 1975
A meeting of the Laurel- Yellowstone City- County Planning Board was called to
order by John Smith, President, on September 11, 1975, at 7:30 pm, with the following
members present:
John Smith, President (City Representative)
Leo Kamp (County Representative)
Henry Gomer (City Representative)
Robert Dantic (City Representative)
Alan Richardson (Representative at Large)
Members of the Board who were absent were as follows:
Larry D. Herman, Executive Secretary (City Representative)
Kenneth Christian (County Representative)
Don Ronan, Vice President (County Representative)
R. M. Williams (County Representative)
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and corrected. The minutes were
accepted by the Board upon correction.
Otto Preikszas appeared before the Board and recommended that thought be given
to accommodation of mobile homes within the one mile radius zoned R -1 and agri-
cultural.
Robert Sears and John Daley appeared to present a plat for a proposed subdivision
known as Sears Subdivision located west of 8th Avenue between 10th and 12th Streets
West. The proposed plat was sent to the Plat Review Committee for their recommendations
Lyle Seaman discussed a proposed plat for a mobile home court to be located
on land west and adjacent to the West School with access off lath Street West. The
Board believes more detail is in order and that all further discussion should be
presented to the Plat Review Committee for their recommendations.
