MINUTES OF THE LAUREL - YELLOWSTONE CITY - COUNTY PLANNING BOARD
November 13, 1975
A meeting of the Laurel- Yellowstone City - County Planning Board was
called to order by John Smith, President, on November 13, 1975, at 7:30
pm, with the following members present:
John Smith, President (City Representative)
Don Ronan, Vice President (County Representative)
Kenneth Christian (County Representative)
Leo Kamp (County Representative)
Robert Dantic (City Representative)
Henry Gomer (City Representative)
Alan Richardson (Representative at Large)
Members of the Board who were absent were as follows:
Larry D. Herman, Executive Secretary (City Representative)
R. M. Williams (County Representative)
Also present were:
Tom Astle, Mueller Engineering
Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Sinclair, owners Sinclair Subdivision
John McMartin & Fred LaBue, Billings Planning Board
Robert Sears & John Daley, Sears Subdivision
Charles Montee, Director of Building & Safety Dept.
Points regarding the subdivision of Sinclair Subdivision to be con-
sidered:
1) Provision for surface drainage, drain ditch along
south edge with natural drainage.
2) Old barn on Lot 6 will need to be removed.
3) Form an association for handling ditch shares.
4) One (1) animal per lot.
5) O'Donnell fire service.
Motion from Leo Kamp, seconded by Al Richardson, that Lot 11 of
Hudson Subdivision in the Sinclair Subdivision be revised. That an overlay
of revised plat be provided. That the division of the tracts be made
clear to show future subdividing of each lot on building site.

Motion by Leo Kamp, seconded by Ken Christian, to approve Robert
Sears' request to exempt environmental impact statement. Passed.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned.
