MINUTES OF THE LAUREL - YELLOWSTONE CITY - COUNTY PLANNING BOARD PLAT REVIEW
COMMITTEE
December 10, 1975
A meeting of the Laurel - Yellowstone City - County Planning Board Plat
Review Committee was called to order by Kenneth Christian, Chairman, on
December 10, 1975, at 7:30 pm, with the following members present:
Kenneth Christian
John Smith
Robert Dantic
Larry D. Herman
Absent were:
Leo Kamp
Alan Richardson
Also present were:
Tom Astle Fred LaBue
Richard Gee Charles Montee
John McMartin
Tom Astle explained plans for a minor subdivision by Vantage Development
Corporation. John McMartin and Richard Gee raised questions about the
plans. Committee recommends to the Planning Board that the plats be
approved subject to changes regarding abandonment of South Colorado,
South Pennsylvania and South Wyoming Avenues and a new plat of the sub-
division be prepared.
