Smith, President, at 8:00 p.m., with the following members present: John H. Smith, President (City Representative) Larry D. Herman, Executive Secretary (City Representative) Kenneth Christian (County Representative) R. M. Williams (County Representative) Alan Richardson (fh nrbj Representative Herman N. Michael (City Representative) Members of the Board who were absent were as follows: Don Ronan, Vice President (County Representative) Robert Dantic (City Representative) Leo Kamp (County Representative) Also present were: Charles Montee, Director of Building & Safety Department Otto Preikszas, Board of Adjustments Tom Astle, Mueller Engineering Tom Llewellyn, Llewellyn Associates Chuck Betz, Llewellyn Associates John Daley, City Engineer Correspondence read. Re: East Laurel Industrial Park Tom Llewellyn questioned the 80' right of way, added expense of .8 acres, curb, sewer and gutter. The Board explained these were conditions recommended by the staff of the Billings Planning Ataill. Discussion of off- street parking on the building sites with no parking on the streets with reference to 60' right of way. Llewellyn feels the road would be a local road rather than a collector. Suggested a culdesac for dead -end Bernhardt Road. Discussion. Motion by Larry D. Herman to allow the 60' right of way on lath Street South and South Washington with no parking, seconded by R. M. Williams, and with at least 50' of hard surface. Passed. Motion by Larry D. Herman to accept land dedication for culdesac at south end of Bernhardt Road, seconded by Alan Richardson. Passed. Discussion of special improvement districts. -1- Otto Preikszas asked for a date to meet with the Planning Board. Zoning Board to meet with Planning Board at their next meeting on February 12, 1976. City Council and Billings Planning Board will also be invited to attend. Larry D. Herman will ask Harrison Fagg to bring his film for the meeting. Motion by Larry D. Herman to pay Building Department for profes- sional services rendered for the past two months @ $150.00 per month, seconded by R. M. Williams. Passed.
