CITY - COUNTY PLANNING BOARD

February 12, 1976
A meeting of the Laurel- Yellowstone City - County Planning Board
was called to order by John H. Smith, President, at 7:1i5 pm, with the
following members present:
John H. Smith, President (City Representative)
Larry D. Herman, Executive Secretary (City Representative)
Kenneth Christian (County Representative)
R. M. Williams (County Representative)
Alan Richardson (Member at Large)
Herman N. Michael (City Representative)
Robert Dantic (City Representative)
Leo Kamp (County Representative)
Members of the Board who were absent were as follows:
Don Ronan, Vice President (County Representative)
Also present were: Charles Montee, Building and Safety Department
Minutes read, corrected and approved. Announcement that the joint
meeting of the City Council, Board of Adjustments and the Planning Board
has been postponed until February 19th with the speaker being George
Freeman presenting a program on Master Planning.
Motion to purchase stamp for Board of County Commissioners to be
stamped on final plats.
Discussion of repaying Billings Planning Board for professional
services rendered.
Check on coal tax money to be put in special fund - use it or lose
it. Section 82 -3710 quoted from the State Codes.
Motion to pay bills. Passed.
Board of Adjustment minutes read. Discussion.
Letter from State Highway Commission regarding changing of highway
between Rockvale and Laurel. Discussion. Turned over to Transportation
Committee, Robert Dantic, Chairman.
No further business. Meeting adjourned. Next meeting will be
February 19, 1976.
