with the following members present:

Dave Powers, City Fire Chief
Special joint meeting of the Planning Board, Board of Adjustments
and the City Council for the purpose of being informed about master
planning. Guest speaker George Freeman, an advanced planner from the
Billings Planning Board, presented an informative talk telling us that
comprehensive planning establishes the public policy to provide the
guidelines for orderly growth of our community. Questions and discussion
followed.
Meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m. Next regular meeting to be held
March 11, 1976.
