PLAT REVIEW COMMITTEE
April 7, 1976
Meeting of the Plat Review Committee called to order by Kenneth
Christian, Chairman, at 7:45 p.m., with the following members present:

File #76 -1 SEARS LAUREL SUBDIVISION withdrawn because of sale to
Mace Realty.
File #76 -2 MURRAY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 2nd Filing, presented for
review. The plat was previously approved in 1972 but was never filed
with the County by Mr. Murray. The plat totals 76 lots. City has
agreed to furnish water and sewer facilities, and that the property
will be annexed to the City. Sidewalks were waived on the 1st Filing
with 60' right -of -way, and the sidewalks will be waived on this filing
also. Curb and gutter will be required. Motion from Leo Kamp to
approve this plat, seconded by John Hawley Smith. Passed.
Sketch of 40 acres purchased by Mace Realty presented to the
committee as a preliminary by Harlan Lund. Discussion. The committee
recommended 75' width for the lots. Mr. Lund will re-sketch.
