PLAT REVIEW COMMITTEE
May 5, 1976
Meeting of the Plat Review Committee called to order by Kenneth
Christian, Chairman, at 7:40 p.m., with the following members present:

John Hawley Smith

Robert Dantic
Alan Richardson
Herman Michael
Larry D. Herman
also present: Harlan Lund, County Surveyor, Billings
John MacMartin, Cumin Assoc., Billings
Tom Poindexter, Mace Realty, Laurel
File #76 -3, DeCARLO, review of plat: Request to see deed restrictions
and environmental impact statement. Discussion of right of ways. Discussion
of the possibility of future subdividing of property. Question of park
dedication, possibly given with Tract A previously. Motion by John Hawley
Smith to approve plat subject to environmental impact statement, park
dedication and other comments, seconded by Robert Dantic. Passed.
Harlan Lund for Bob Mace presented a new preliminary sketch of his
subdivision. Tom Poindexter represented Mace Realty. Discussion of through
streets, no alleys and garbage pickups.
Review of Certificate of Survey #1234, KRUG, 2nd Amended Plat of
Tracts 3 & 4.
Review of Laurmac Amended Plat amending Lots 11 - -15, Block 4, hereafter
to be known as Lots 1 & 2, Block 4 -A, HABERLOCK, property outside City but
within 1 -mile jurisdiction.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
