CITY-COUNTY PLANNING BOARD

February 10, 1977
Meeting called to order at 7:40 p.m. with the following members
present:
John Hawley Smith, President (City Representative)

Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Bills read and
approved for payment: Building & Safety Dept., Administrative Services
$150.00.
Requests for plats must be in by 15th of the month.
File 'fPB 77 -1 CASA LINDA SUBDIVISION: While department heads have
not acted, exception granted to consider, since acceptance of plat and
annexation are requested at the same time. Discussion of facilities.
Waiver of protest to future SIDs. Motion from Leo Kamp, Jr. to approve
plat subject to compliance with Planned Community Development Act,
seconded by William Siegel. Approved by voice vote.
File 'fPB 76 -10 GRAHAM: Previous engineering blueprint exhumed,
dated 1- 23 -75.
File #PB 76 -8 MEYERS: Minor /plat previously discussedil He
getting additional hookup and will continue to obtain water from the
railroad. John MacMartin advised that the board cannot refuse since
the plat conforms to all state laws. Motion by William Siegel to approve
the plat, seconded by Leo Kamp, Jr. Approved by voice vote.

Zone Change and Timetable Requirements procedure explained by John
MacMartin. Leo Kamp, Jr. suggested that Item d, page 3, of ZC & TR form
be changed to read: Advertised in a paper of general circulation in
the jurisdictional area of the Laurel- Yellowstone City - County Planning
Board. . . . Item 6(e) will be changed to conform to Item d.
PAT MULLANEY requested the board's view about area from alley between
Montana Avenue and 1st Avenue on the west, over to Colorado Avenue on
the east, between llth Street on the north, and Maryland Lane on the
south. Wants advice on requesting R4 instead of R3 with view to permitting
the clinic to expand operations. Suggestion that Mr. Mullaney feel out,
informally, views of adjacent property owners.
Discussion of MDU policy of gas hookups.
MPC, concerned about gas hookup restrictions, is trying to develop
a policy about supplying electricity.
