Discussion of park requirements. Preikszas suggested
three of at least one city block size. Consensus was these
were too small. At least two parks up to four city blocks

Discussion of city services for brown area -- can be
handled with some exceptions by present capacity of facilities.

to Yellowstone and Clarks Fork Rivers as park land, where
city has jurisdiction.
