Meeting called to order at 7:12 p.m., by John Hawley

Minutes approved as sent out. Bills approved for payment:
Eng. /Bldg. Dept., Administrative Services for November, $200.00.
LANGVE SUBDIVISION #PB 77 -15:
Letter requesting a one -year extension of the approval of
the preliminary plat read. Motion from Bradley, second from
Christian, to approve the extension. Passed.
SAFEWAY'S REPLAT #PB 78 -14:
Tom Astle and Robert Noe represented Safeway. Mr. Noe
suggested any vacating is subject to easements already there.
Mr. Noe explained how present situation came to be. Mr. Bradley
requested protection of easements for city utilities. Mr. Noe
is agreeable, subject to approval of Idamont Realty. Motion
from Bradley to recommend approval of Amended Plat of Block 1,
Hageman Subdivision conditional to getting a 20' easement for

COMPONENT STRUCTURES - APPLICATION FOR ANNEXATION #PB 78 -15:
Bradley moved that annexation of CS941 be recommended for
approval subject to their giving the necessary easement for
Shannon Road aka Railroad Street and easement for Bernhardt
Road, second from Roberts. Passed.
GOLF COURSE ROAD:
Roberts moved that the Planning Board recommend to the
Laurel City Council that 19th Street be renamed Golf Course
Road, second from Bradley. Passed.
PARK LAND DEDICATION:
Discussion of Bolenske /Betschowa property for example.
Board decided it already has specified sufficient direction,
to -wit: $10,000 /acre or proof of lower current subdivision
value.
MOVING ORDINANCE FOR BUILDINGS:
MacMartin explained recommendation for a moving ordinance
for buildings. MacMartin will have copy of ordinance mailed
to board members for study.
ZONING ORDINANCES:
Discussion of proposed zoning ordinances from 17.04.010
through 17.20.020 with occasional corrections, deletions, by
consensus of board. MacMartin is to revise and correct same.
