Meeting called to order at 7:25 p.m., by John Hawley

John MacMartin, Cumin Assoc., Billings
Dr. Gary Pfaff, Laurel
Minutes amended as follows: Mr. Bradley made a motion
that minutes of November 9, 1978, be corrected re. Safeway's
replat #PB 78 -14 to state that the motion of Mr. Bradley was
seconded and passed. This motion was seconded by LaPrath.
Motion passed.
ZONING ORDINANCES:
MacMartin passed out pages containing corrections to replace
pages in the original handout of prospective Title 17. Discussion.
Planned Unit Development discussed in detail.
DR. GARY PFAFF:
Dr. Pfaff visited the board to explore zoning change on
5 acres just NE of the intersection of Golf Course route and
Old #10.
