Meeting called to order by John Hawley Smith, President,
at 7:30 p.m., with the following members present:
John Hawley Smith, Pres. (City Rep.)
Otto J. Preikszas, Exec. Secty (City Rep.)
R. M. Williams, Vice Pres. (County Rep.)
Kenneth Christian (County Rep.)
Bus Roberts (City Rep.)
James Seaton (County Rep.)
members absent:
Gerald Shay, Member at Large
Ed LaPrath (County Rep.)
Tom Bradley (City Rep.)
Jim Straw (County Rep.)
Mary McCormick (City Rep.)
Motion to deny payment for administrative services in
the amount of $200 due to improper presentation (no signature
on claim) died for lack of a second. Motion to approve was
passed.
Information on federal monies was immaterial. We get
some of our income tax to USA in D.C. back or we don't. No
action.needed.
Discussion of rules of hearings. John MacMartin will
present 8 general and 12 rule (U.S. Supreme Court) on hearings.
ZUCK revision of plat explained. A letter and plat for
record presented for file and so labeled.
McLelland Subdivision plat withdrawn PB file #79 -
Meeting adjourned at 8:44 p.m.
