Unofficial meeting called to order by Otto J. Preikszas,
Exec. Sec., at 7:30 p.m., with the following members present:

SIGNS: Proposed sign ordinance slurred over due to lack of quorum.
RMH ORDINANCE: Our zoning ordinance does not permit isolated
mobile homes on residential owned land. John MacMartin wanted
to know if the Board wants to look into this. Public hearing
is scheduled for next month for study of potential requirements
if we intend to propose a revision. This refers only to areas
already zoned for mobile homes.
Discussion went round and round with John MacMartin probing
for a lot size. He will make a study and bring back some concrete
figures.
