Meeting called to order by John Hawley Smith, President,
at 7:20 p.m., with the following members present:

Otto J. Preikszas, Exec. Sec. (City Rep.)
Ed LaPrath (County Rep.)
Gerald Shay, Member at Large
James Straw (County Rep.)
Kenneth Christian (County Rep.)
Members absent:
R. M. Williams, Vice Pres. (County Rep.)
James Seaton (County Rep.)
Bus Roberts (City Rep.)
Mary McCormick (City Rep.)
Tom Bradley (City Rep.)
Minutes of previous meeting approved as sent out. Bills
approved for payment: Eng. /Bldg. Dept. Administrative Services
for May in the amount of $200.00.
PUBLIC HEARING - HOME OCCUPATIONS: Exhibit 17.44.010 B presented
by John MacMartin as an amendment to existing zoning ordinance.
Motion from Gerald Shay, seconded by Ken Christian, that this be
approved for presentation to council for addition /modification
of zoning ordinance. Carried.
MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISIONS ORDINANCE: Exhibit 17.52.010, 17.52.090,
17.28.020 presented by John MacMartin. Changes from existing
zoning ordinance in the listed exhibits were pointed out. Ed
LaPrath called attention to title 17.52.050 A - should read lot
dimensions in mobile home parks and 17.52.060 will be corrected
to read lot coverage in mobile home park.
5UDGET: John MacMartin submitted a budget for $17,980 broken
down for presentation to the city. Otto Preikszas moved, Gerald
Shay seconded, that tentative budget be approved. Passed.
Considerable discussion about alleged vacation of Date
Avenue in Sunhaven Court. Ed LaPrath requested that it be
the sense of the Board that John MacMartin represent the city
and county equally.
Meeting adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
